Ingredients
  • -2 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • -2 cups fresh spinach
  • -1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • -2 small green apples, sliced
  • -1 cup almond milk
  • -1 banana, sliced
  • -1 tablespoon raw organic honey
  • -1 fresh lemon, juiced
  • -1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • -1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • -1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • -1/2 fresh jalapeno, optional
  • -ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients, except the ice, in a large blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Add the ice 1 cup at a time to desired thickness.
