- 1/3 of recipe of Classic Sweet Dough
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a loaf pan and set aside.
In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside 1 tablespoon for the top. Spread the rectangle with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over dough spreading to the edges.
Roll the dough into a loaf. Pinch dough at the seam to seal. Place in the prepared loaf pan. Brush the top with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with the reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cover the pan and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
